Crochet Appliques,
Decals, & Other Sew On Stuff

Crochet Appliques are easy to make, fun to use, and help you express yourself, an event, or a holiday. Sew them onto clothing like a patch. They could be included in a crochet square to become part of a bigger project. Line them on curtains, towels, pillowcases, etc. for home decor. Glue crochet decals onto greeting cards to make them a little extra special. They are also a great use of leftover yarn that can tie items together. If you've made a sweater you can add some to a pair of jeans to make a set.

Are you looking for stitch patterns? You can find them here.

Are you looking for flowers? You can find them here.

Aside of appliques you'll also find other things that you sew on, like a lesson on how to make pom-poms, and how to make simple crochet buttons.

You can learn a little more about appliques at wikipedia.

Come back often as I'll always be adding more.

An Alphabetical Listing of Free Crochet Appliques

Fall Leaves

Adding something as simple as Fall Leaves, to any article of clothing, can really add class to the item. I once added these leaves all the way down the outside seam of a pair of blue jeans. Add them to a light sport jacket, a purse, or simply use them as decoration around your home.
